Culture Moves Europe promotes the mobility of artists and cultural professionals by funding individual and residency projects across all countries participating in the Creative Europe programme.The initiative is supported by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union and implemented by the Goethe-Institut. Tirana Art Residency – Vila 31 x Art Explora is a three-month artistic residency programme founded by Art Explora in the Albanian capital, to be held in 2026. Opened in January 2025, the residency welcomes international artists to develop an artistic project connected to the local context and to explore the Balkan art scene. Vila 31 promotes a rich cultural programme in collaboration with local organisations, institutions, schools, and associations, including exhibitions, workshops, screenings, talks, and festivals open to the public. LIGHTHOUSE CALLS
The Lighthouse Calls are part of the TIDAL ArtS initiative, funded by the European Union in support of the Mission to Restore Our Ocean and Waters by 2030. Through this open call, 20 artists, collectives, and creatives from across Europe will each receive a grant of €15,000 to create community-focused artistic projects. In 2009, to celebrate and honor Luigi Nocivelli’s passion for culture and contemporary art in Italy, his family founded the Associazione Culturale Techne. Since its inception, the association has established the Premio Nocivelli, a contemporary art competition with the patronage and support of the Lombardy Region, the Province of Brescia, the Municipality of Brescia, and the Ugo Da Como Foundation.
