Tirana Art Residency – Vila 31 x Art Explora is a three-month artistic residency programme founded by Art Explora in the Albanian capital, to be held in 2026. Opened in January 2025, the residency welcomes international artists to develop an artistic project connected to the local context and to explore the Balkan art scene. The Lighthouse Calls are part of the TIDAL ArtS initiative, funded by the European Union in support of the Mission to Restore Our Ocean and Waters by 2030.
